Eesa Bakery & Café is a family-owned bakery focused on European-style breads and pastries — made with locally sourced ingredients when possible, and with the kind of care that takes time.
We're opening at 201 Forest Street in downtown Wausau, across from Imaginarium and HOM Furniture. Street parking on 2nd Street and in the Lot 18 garage across Forest Street.
The craft

Every loaf starts with a live culture and ends with a dark, crackling crust. The open crumb you see here is the result of long fermentation, careful shaping, and a very hot oven.
We bake European-style: sourdoughs, laminated pastries, enriched doughs, and seasonal specials — all from scratch, every morning.
